- Delivery time shall be between 10 to 35 days depending on your locality, local courier services, and customs random inspection processes. It might take longer due to the aforementioned reasons. Should the package be flagged for custom inspections, customers shall borne the responsibility for fulfilling the custom's requirements.
- Please take note that should the package be returned due to non-payment of custom tariffs or any form of incurred custom costs, such refunds will NOT be entertained.
● Shipping Notices：
- Please provide Full Name (as per passport). Should the package not be delivered due to an error in the information provided, the order will be treated as CANCELLED.
- Returned packages will be treated as refund MINUS the shipping costs. Receipt of the refund will be sent via email. Should you wish for the package to be sent out again, the shipping costs will have borne by the customer.
- An email notice will be sent out after the package has been collected by the courier service.
● Overseas Customs Tariffs and Import Taxes：
- All foreign goods received are subjected to the local laws and regulations of customs inspection. Such inspections are beyond our control and are entirely subjected to the local government's jurisdiction. - Custom tariffs are chargeable by the Federal Custom's Department, and un-related to hololive Meet x TAIPEI. For more information please contact your local relevant government agencies or postal office.
- Should there be payable Custom Tariffs or relevant taxes, a local government officer will get in contact with you. Once relevant payment have been made, you will be able to receive your goods.
● Refusal of Goods Acceptance：
Should you refuse to accept package, you'll still have to pay for all relevant charges for shipping of the package including Courier Fee, Import Taxes, Custom Tariffs and relevant charges. Only upon deduction of all incurred costs of courier, will the net amount be refunded.
